My Story

Hey there!

Firstly, a huge thank you for taking the time to read about the upcoming projects I'm getting involved with and for your support of our very special charity!

This target amount covers the total varying expenses over 3 different international PWB projects.

2019, 4th-10th November Calais + Dunkirk in France, Refugee camps.

2019, 3rd-10th December - Samos in Greece, Refugee camp working in partnership with The Flying Seagull Project.

2020, 5th Jan- 31st March - India Tour, working with street children alongside NGO's, protected centres and untouchable communities.

Goal 1 France - £250

We're driving a car, full of donations and volunteers, to Calais on the 4th November. Along with 5 other PWB volunteers, we will be teaching and performing everyday to bring some circus love and joy to the displaced and vulnerable children occupying the refugees camps there. We will be staying In nearby accommodation and working with organisations to facilitate the best experience we can. The total expenses of this trip covers food, accommodation, travel expenses gathering donations and admin time with any extra or saved funds being given to the Women and Children's services and Project Play. - https://m.facebook.com/projectplayfrance/

Goal 2 - Greece £250

On the 3rd December I will be flying to Greece to the island of Samos, where our team of Performers Without Borders All-stars will be working alongside The Flying Seagull Project. We will be teaching and supporting a gargantuan amount of children. The sessions can accommodate up to 150 children in each session, twice daily, everyday for a week! The total of fundraising for this trip is £250, which will largely be used to cover travel. Check out the Flying Seagulls and all the awesome stuff they do, such a big impact - https://www.instagram.com/theflyingseagulluk/

Goal 3 - India £2500

On the 5th January I will be joining a team of wonderful volunteers out to India on a circus expedition of joy! Starting in Goa and ending in Darjeeling over the course of three months. We will be supporting lots of different outreach groups whilst here and following a 10 Year PWB legacy. We will revisit the most of the same schools and long term projects that we have worked with over the past 10 years in india, whilst starting to build new partnerships through extra outreach along the tour. Building smiles into solutions for poverty.

If you help us out you'll also be added to the email list of completely fabulous supporters so you can get all the news and updates of how many smiles we've helped to create.

Please give a little so we can give a lot!

Thank you!

All my love,

Jamie
